To book we require full name address, phone number and the person booking
to be 18+.
If booking on behalf of someone else or a 3rd party, we would require your
name, address and phone number along with the collection address.
Before and after pictures are required and taken on all jobs these may be
used for advertising purposes. If you don’t want your pictures used for this,
please let us know prior to arrival.
NO PERSONAL OR IDENIFYING INFORMATION/IMAGES WILL BE SHARED.
All slots are AM (8-12) or PM (1-6) Monday-Friday
We are unable to give a fixed times due to our busy schedule.
In the event we are running behind, we will contact you where possible.
If you are given a time, please expect us up to 1 hour before or after.
No cancelations or rescheduling within 7 days of collection date.
Any cancelation or rescheduling at short notice (less than 7 days) may
result in a charge or no refund given
In the event that there is no access or the job has already been completed
on arrival no refund will be given
we must be informed on booking of any restrictions such as access or parking issues, flats or stairs
you must ensure prior to booking any items for removal are accessible and cant be removed without issue
any appliances must be disconnected prior to arrival, if you require disconnection please contact us prior to booking
